La Pedrera
My last stop before returning to the States was Barcelona. I
feasted on tapas everyday and was amazed by the fantasy architecture
of Gaudi. This is a shot of the attic of La Pedrera, one of his
futuristic, almost organic buildings.
La Rambla
One of the main drags is La Rambla. Tourists and locals mill
around at all times along this thoroughfare, particularly during the
evenings. My hotel was just off of La Rambla.
La Sagrada Familia
Over a hundred years in the making, La Sagrada Familia cathedral
is still not complete. It is the most ambitious of Gaudi's visions. I
climbed nearly to the top of one of the spires for a great view of
the city.
